Julianna is a high school sports correspondent for The Boston Globe based in Boston, MA. She was a sports reporter for Syracuse.com and the executive editor of the award winning On The Bandwagon podcast. Julianna was Editor-in-Chief of Her Campus Cornell for three years and president her senior year. She has a master's in Magazine, News and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She is the winner of the 2025 Newhouse Graduate Achievement Award in Magazine, News and Digital Journalism. Julianna has a concentration in Sports Media Communications with a focus on community-driven and narrative journalism.

 

Julianna is also a special education teacher. She interned with the U.S. Department of State and the Brookings Institution. Her passion for sports and community journalism comes from seeing the positive impact youth sports has on her students.
